By accessing this website, participating in the Research Project, or applying for the Founding Cohort, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to apply for the Founding Cohort or engage in paid services.
Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, "Legendary" positioning strategies, and curriculum content provided during the Founding Cohort or on this website are the sole property of Paulina Cioce.
- Prohibition on Resale: You are granted a limited license to use these frameworks for your personal business growth. You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or "teaching" these proprietary frameworks to others as your own.
Property
Earnings & Results Disclaimer
While this intensive is designed to help you increase your project fees, Paulina Cioce cannot and does not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. Your success depends on your own efforts, market conditions, and individual skill level. Any testimonial or "hero" numbers ($5K, $10K, $20K) are illustrative and not a promise of typical results.
- Payments: Fees for the Founding Cohort are processed via Stripe.
- No Refunds: Due to the live, high-access nature of the "Shift to Legendary Earnings" intensive and the significant "Founding Member" discount provided, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the cohort begins.
Limitation of Liability
Paulina Cioce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the materials provided in the intensive or the research report.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.
